Large and small decisions have impact on future quality of life. Try a routine of pausing before many actions and decisions. Take a breath. Think of options. How might the action or decision impact the future. Make a good decision and feel good about it. Build upon that feeling. Realize that there are many people making transformational commitments and one-by-one decisions toward good. Be part of an important global energy flow. Here’s a simple altar card made with 3x5 cards, one folded for the base and one with a prompt. Below that is a foldable leather altar I made, influenced by portable altars used by various religions.
